By using ShividiV, you agree to respect the artwork, the artist, the shop process and the license rules attached to physical and digital products.
Artwork ownership
Buying an original painting or accessory gives you ownership of that physical piece. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights or commercial usage rights unless a written license says so.
Digital products
Digital downloads are provided only after payment approval. They may not be shared, resold, redistributed or used commercially unless the correct commercial license was purchased.
Manual payment review
Manual payments such as bank transfer or crypto are reviewed by the admin before an order is marked paid. If proof is missing or unclear, the atelier may ask for another receipt.
Respectful use
ShividiV is built around kindness, mythology and artistic identity. Do not copy the artwork, logo, characters, product text or files for misleading, hateful or unauthorized commercial use.
